Project Info

Description

Kuhnast UV Meter

  • Equipment for simple intensity and control measurement of UV light.
  • All types for the special UV ranges are based on the same base of construction and to differentiate in the spectral sensitivity of their measuring heads.
  • Ideal application fields are the control of units for the exposuring of diazo, polymer, cromalin and daylight handling films in the graphic arts industry, suntan equipments, solarium, sterilization units and other fields of photobiology.

The Model 100 UV Light Meter is designed to accurately measure MW/CM2 to traceable to NIST standards. Ideal for use in UV Curing, Medical, UV Disinfection, Adhesive materials, and numerous other applications. The Model 100 has a single measurement scale of either 1999.9 MW/CM2 or 199.99 MW/CM2, which must be specified when the order is placed.

The probe wavelengths available are:

-Near UV: 365nm, 400nm, 420nm, and 436nm

-Mid UV: 310nm -Deep UV: 220nm, 254nm, 260nm, and 280nm

-Custom wavelength are also possible

The Model 202 UV Light Meter is dual channel allowing 2 different UV wavelengths to be measured with a single probe i.e., 365 nm and 400nm. This versatile meter is ideal for those applications when different photopolymers are used requiring different wavelength measurements, i.e., 3d printing and UV Curing. The Model 202 is also ideal for Medical and Disinfecting as research is completed requiring various UV wavelengths.

The probe wavelengths available are:

-Near UV: 365nm, 400nm, 420nm, and 436nm

-Mid UV: 300nm -Deep UV: 220nm, 254nm, 260nm, and 280nm

-Custom wavelength are also possible

Switch Functions:

-Power-On

-Hold-On: The hold switch locks any reading that is of interest

-Channel A or Channel B

-200 MW/CM2 or 20.0 W/CM2

Probes are calibrated independently from the meter unit; therefore, probes having the same or different wavelengths are interchangeable. ±3.0% Calibration or re-calibration certificate included. 1 day turn around time for re-calibration.
