The new vertical design of the International Surface Technology (ISTpure) line of solvent recyclers is the most reliable and best performing units in the solvent recycling industry. The units incorporate leading edge technological improvements and are built to last.
The product features that distinguish the ISTpure line of solvent recyclers are:
- Recovery rate: 97% and more.
- Recycle time: 4 to 6 hours.
- Eliminates 90 % of toxic waste.
- Recycles most popular solvents: including mineral spirit, flexo, litho and other solvents.
- Return on investment: in as little as 4 to 12 months.
- Easy to use: processor controlled, residue Removal and positive-seal cover.
- Safety standards : CSA certified USA and CAN
UL standard 2208, Class 1, Div. 1, Group D. All ISTpure recyclers meet the NFPA code. Don’t hesitate to ask the competition for proof of their certification.
Available in multiple sizes (8, 16, 32, 48 and 64 gallons), the solvent recyclers can be equipped with a vacuum that will take care of recycling your cleaning solvents, reduce your solvent purchases by 95% or better, and cut your waste disposal cost by 90% or better. The vacuum system decreases the boiling point of certain solvents by 20 to 30% thereby leading to less energy consumption.
We always evaluate your solvents and contaminants MSDS sheets prior to recommending the proper system. It is very important to also identify the possible presence of nitrocellulose and acids in your dirty solvent mix.
The new vertical design of the recyclers is an improved version « New Generation », it is the most reliable and best performing unit in the industry, on the leading edge of technology and built to last.
Available in sizes 8, 16 , 32 and 48 gallon with vacuum, will enable you to recycle all your cleaning solvents and reduce your solvent purchases by 90% and your waste disposal cost by 95%.

This CSR solvent recyclers are evaporative distillation process units. The waste solvent automatically enters the distillation vessel utilizing the standard vacuum pump provided with the solvent recovery still. The heated thermal oil recirculates in the distillation vessel jacket.
The solvent sludge is heated to a programmed temperature to create vapour. The solvent vapour exits the boiler and travels through a condenser.
Clean, condensed solvent exits to a storage vessel ready for reuse. This entire process is controlled by a PLC.
The SRXC serie is a completely automated chemical distillation column designed to address a high purity chemical purification application in multiple industries. The system is designed to remove water, other chemicals, and or contaminants from the chemical being purified.
A specially designed fractionating column with a reflux stream is used to separate the materials in a continuous mode while keeping a flow rate of up to 25 – 5,000 gph on a 24 hour per day basis.
At Intropak we use an ECO solvent recycler for nearly 11 years. This tool is essential for us. We observed several advantages including:
- A positive impact on the environment because we use less solvent in a year.
- The transport of ink sludge is more secure since the solvent is removed from the residue.
- A monetary economy.
- The recovery of more than 80% of the solvent during recycling.
- The recovered solvent can be mixed according to a set percentage of virgin solvent for reuse in the process and without inconvenience.
Of course, the original solvent has an end of life, but it may be postponed several times in order to optimize the effectiveness of the product and its purchase.
The recycler is easy to use and requires little maintenance. A short training of about 30 minutes is sufficient to explain the safe use to employees.
Overall, the solvent recycler is an apparatus necessary for the functioning and optimization of our operations.
The purchase of the IST solvent recycler has been a great asset for Flexipak Industries Inc. The machine is reliable and has an impressive ROI when cycled on a daily basis. After a short training session, the operators find the equipment easy and relatively safe to work with. We’ve been well supported by the supplier when their technical support was necessary. The solvent recycler requires minimal maintenance on an annual basis and minimal parts are required to be kept in stock.
We are very satisfied with our recycler and we strongly recommend it to any company that is considering in purchasing one.
