Flint Group optimises digital nyloprint® letterpress plates

Significant productivity increase through improved digital mask.

Flint Group Flexographic Products has further optimised the digital mask (LAMS) of all digital nyloprint® printing plates. With this new LAMS, the performance of the printing plates will be significantly strengthened. This product improvement allows the user a considerable enhancement on imaging speed to provide valuable reductions in lasering time – a productivity increase of up to 100 % can be achieved.

A step by step process to begin the phasing in of the nyloprint® printing plates with the new LAMS mask will now commence, with conversion expected to be finalised by the middle of 2014.
