Announcing A&V’s New Webinar Series

If you are interested in new technologies that improve the quality, efficiency and profitability of flexo printing, we would like to extend an invitation to our upcoming 4-part webinar educational initiative titled “Converging Technologies in Flexo.”

These free webinar events are produced by Anderson & Vreeland and will be held the second Wednesday of March, June, September and December at 2:00 P.M. EST. Dates and subjects to be addressed by the educational webinars include…

Computer-to-Plate Technologies – Wednesday, March 11th
Extended Gamut Flexo – Wednesday, June 10th
Digital Printing… When to Invest – Wednesday, September 9th
Integrated Digital Front Ends for Flexo – Wednesday, December 9th

“Converging Technologies Affecting Flexo” webinar will be hosted by Lee Zerfass, Digital Business Manager for Anderson & Vreeland, Inc. Zerfass has over 20 years of technical sales experience across various printing industries with a focus on digital products. “These converging technologies offer vastly improved print applications, greater efficiencies, and new opportunities to profit and grow in the future. We look forward to sharing our knowledge with the flexo community,” said Zerfass.

The first webinar event covers the state of “Computer-To-Plate Technologies for Flexography”, and presents driving factors pushing this well-established technology even further, making the investment in CTP beneficial.

“Extended Gamut Flexo” will be the focus of the second webinar event, and present the many benefits of extended gamut flexo, including delivering unlimited digital (process) colors, shorter lead times, improved print consistency, and higher profit margins.

“Digital Printing… when to invest?” is the third webinar event in the educational initiative that looks at many factors affecting the adoption of digital printing technology, including inkjet vs. toner, capacity requirements, service agreements, color considerations and more. Is 4-color process too limiting? What about extended gamut?

The fourth webinar event is titled “The ABCs of DFEs” and focuses on integrated digital front ends, the brains of a digital printing system. This informative webinar will simplify the complexities of digital front ends and factors to be considered with their adoption.
