It has high UV, humidity and moisture resistance, and good solvent resistance, to withstand challenging work environments. By using a robust 60 lb. densified kraft paper release liner, this tape provides reliable performance for industrial applications, such as die-cutting and automated dispensers.

3M™ Adhesive Transfer Tape 465 features aggressive 3M™ Adhesive 400, formulated for quick adhesion and good shear strength and holding power. This high-performance adhesive offers a consistently strong bond in temperatures up to 250°F/121°C on a variety of substrates including metal, glass, wood, paper, paint and many plastics.

The tape consists of an adhesive layer only and does not have any type of supporting carriers such as film, paper, or tissue. For application the tape is positioned adhesive side down to a surface and the liner is removed, exposing the backside adhesive to the joining surface.

3M™ Adhesive Transfer Tape 927 features an acrylic adhesive ideal for joining dissimilar substrates. It is excellent for foams and low surface energy plastics such as polyethylene and polypropylene. The 60# densified kraft liner adds dimensional stability necessary for die-cutting and other processing applications. This tape is a thinner version of 3M™ Adhesive Transfer Tape 950.
Ideal for Attaching Gaskets and Many Foams
3M™ Adhesive Transfer Tape 927 is developed for joining and laminating on a wide variety of materials. The adhesive has been tested on a range of high surface and low surface energy plastics and is excellent for gasket attachment and industrial foams. The 3.5 mil 60# densified kraft paper liner provides moisture stability and adds dimensional strength during laminating and die-cutting.

Adhesive 300 Offers a Consistently Strong Bond
3M™ Adhesive Transfer Tape 927 features our aggressive 3M™ Adhesive 300, which affords excellent quick tack and bonds well to a variety of substrates including metals, high surface energy (HSE) plastics and low surface energy (LSE) plastics. This acrylic Adhesive 300 has been tested to ASTM procedures for peel adhesion, temperature, and humidity as well as resistance to UV, fuels, acids, and detergents. The high tack adhesive is also tested for adhesion on a range of surfaces including polypropylene, polyester, ABS, polycarbonate, and stainless steel.

3M™ Thin Flexographic Mounting Tape 2205 is a 5 mil, double-coated film tape with differential acrylic adhesives on a polyester film carrier with a polycoated kraft paper liner. This tape is specifically designed for the corrugated printing business to hold flexographic print plates to PVC saddles/carriers.
On Easy with Reduced Air Entrapment
3M™ Thin Flexographic Mounting Tape 2205 features the 3M air release liner, which has a crosshatched pattern, unlike other mounting tapes that use a pebbled or flat release liner. The embossed crosshatched pattern imprints unique micro-channels into the easy mount adhesive that allows entrapped air to escape. Air bubbles disappear from between the tape and plate, and between the tape and sleeve or cylinder for virtually bubble-free mounting. Setup is faster with smoother surfaces for cleaner print quality and higher productivity. The adhesive maintains tight contact with reduced edge lifting.

3M™ Double Coated Paper Tape 410M tape is a hand-tearable double coated tape with a natural rubber adhesive system designed to offer excellent adhesion to many types of substrates. The adhesive is mounted on a paper carrier treated to increase strength and removability characteristics from high internal strength surfaces.
3M™ Double Coated Paper Tape 410M is a hand-tearable double coated paper tape featuring 3M™ Adhesive 860 and mounted on a paper liner. This robust 54 lb. densified kraft paper release liner is green and white plaid for easy identification and adds dimensional stability to the tape during processes such as die-cutting and automated dispensing. It allows for easy deployment, helps reduce edge roll and protects the tape from humidity extremes. Made with a solvent-free manufacturing process, this tape can also help meet environmental best practices and goals.
Enduring Bond
3M™ Adhesive 860 is a soft, rubber resin, pressure-sensitive adhesive system. It provides high initial adhesion and good holding power to a wide variety of materials. This adhesive is ideal for initial application indoors and at room temperature applications, but when properly applied it then performs under a wide range of temperatures from -40°F / -40°C up to 150°F / 65°C. It also offers short term heat resistance up to 180°F / 82°C.

What is Double Coated Tape?
In general, double-coated tape is composed of a paper, film, or tissue carrier that is coated on both sides with pressure-sensitive adhesive. The adhesive is protected by a peel-away liner that can be removed at the time of application or left in place until the joining surfaces are ready to be attached. These tapes can be applied by hand or with a dispenser. Double coated tape dispensers are available in a variety of configurations ranging from manual to fully automatic. Applications for double coated tape are found in construction, fabrication, arts, and hobby.
