Anderson & Vreeland offers a complete selection of photopolymer plate processors, including state-of-the-art systems manufactured by Flint Group and Anderson & Vreeland.
AVflex 8000 Ecowash Processing System
The AVflex 8000 combination exposure, washout, dryer, and detack unit has been specifically engineered for high quality platemaking applications up to 12" x 18" at a price point for all budgets. The processor includes two spiral brushes in a rotary washout unit, high intensity exposure, three drawer dryer and plate finisher. Washout operations are controlled by a SmartPanel PLC processor. Features include automatic drum positioning with forward and reverse jog for easy removal of plates.

AVflex 8100 Ecowash Processing System
The AVflex 8100 combination exposure, washout, dryer, and detack unit has been specifically engineered for high quality platemaking applications up to 25” x 30”. Two-brush rotary washout provides efficient plate processing. Washout operations are controlled by a SmartPanel processor. Features include automatic drum positioning with forward and reverse job for easy removal of plates.

Anderson & Vreeland offers exposure systems from 12" x 18" to 52" x 80" with optional post exposure, detack and dryer sections. Larger systems can be made with face and back exposure as well.
Flowline Washer F III
Max. Plate Size: 1020 x 1200 mm (40" x 47"). Fully automated system for washing, rinsing, after cleaning and pre-drying in the mid range format. Optimal washout result through integrated solid content measurement device and solvent heating element. Easy operation via touch-screen which also makes an automatic adjustment of brush height and washout speed.

Combi F III Exposure
Max. Plate Size: 920 x 1200 mm (36" x 47"). Exposure, dryer, light finisher, all in one spacesaving unit. It has four drying drawers, each equipped with a count down facility on a digital display. Includes 10 memory settings for pre- and main exposure as well as a display indicating defective tubes.

Max. Plate Size: 1320 x 2032 mm (52" x 80"). The high heat output enables you to quickly realize the optimal temperature in six easily accessible drying drawers. Two separate drying chambers provide uniform temperature distribution, the efficient exhaust system makes sure that solvent vapors won’t escape - even when opening the drawers.
